Frequently asked questions

Where does your linen come from?

Our linen is cotton, made in Egypt and imported directly by OMNITEX. Every shipment comes with its proof of origin.

Do you sell to individuals?

No. Omnilinge only works with professionals: hotels, riads, guest houses, restaurants, spas and laundries that rent out linen.

Where can I find weights and sizes?

Each item's technical sheet (composition, weight, sizes, colours, packaging) is sent with your quote. You can also request it on its own.

Do you deliver to every city in Morocco?

Yes, across Morocco. Tell us your city in the quote request and we will confirm the delivery lead time in writing.

What is the minimum order?

It depends on the item. Describe your needs, even small ones, and we will reply with the possible quantities.

Can you restock regularly?

Yes. That is the advantage of stock in Morocco: you order when wear or losses reduce your linen inventory, and we deliver across Morocco.

How do I calculate the linen I need?

Use our calculator: from your rooms, beds and number of sets in rotation, it gives the number of pieces per item.

How do I get a price?

Fill in the quote request or message us on WhatsApp. We reply with prices, technical sheets and delivery terms.

How do I get a technical sheet?

Choose “A technical sheet” in the quote request, or click “Get the technical sheet” on the Products page. We send it for every relevant item.

Can you equip a property that is about to open?

Yes. Give us your opening date, number of rooms and beds: we price the full stock and schedule delivery before opening.

Why not import it ourselves instead of going through you?

You can. The difference: importing yourself ties up cash in a minimum volume and means weeks of waiting for every order, plus customs. With Omnilinge, the linen is already in Morocco and you order what you need.

What determines the price of linen?

The item, its composition and weight, its sizes and finishes, the quantity ordered and the delivery location. Your quote details each of these.

Why Egyptian cotton

Egypt is renowned for its cotton and textile industry. That is where we have our linen made, by a manufacturer of terry and bedding.

Every shipment travels with its proof of origin. Morocco and Egypt are both parties to the Agadir Agreement, which organises the removal of customs duties on industrial goods between its members.

For you, that means cotton linen traced from the mill to your linen room, and a supplier who can tell you where every piece comes from.

No room should stay closed for lack of linen

Move from a distant supplier to a stock already in Morocco, delivered to you. Tell us how many rooms you have and we will reply with a costed stock plan, prices and the technical sheet for every item.
