The calculator first counts the pieces in one set: for each room, two sheets and two pillowcases per bed, one bath, hand and face towel per guest, a bath mat, and one bathrobe per guest if you include them.
It then multiplies that set by the number of sets in rotation. The result is an estimate from your settings: adapt them to how you actually operate (on-site or outsourced laundry, occupancy, shared areas).
When you click “Get the details and a quote”, the result is copied into your request: you only need to add your contact details.
Setting a hotel's linen par levels
The starting point is the number of sets in rotation. Many properties think in three sets: one in the room, one in the laundry, one in reserve. A hotel that outsources its laundry, with longer return times, often plans more.
For each room, then count the pieces in one set: sheets and pillowcases by number of beds, towels by number of guests, one bath mat per bathroom, and one bathrobe per guest in categories that offer them.
The total is the product of the two: pieces per set multiplied by the number of sets. The calculator does this for you, item by item, and the result goes straight into your quote request.
